What's in the sound room? - the main bits!

  3. First of all we have Protools this is the 002 system which is a very comprehensive piece of kit - you can do very high quality multitrack audio recordings and even automate the faders so that they move all by themselves ...spooky!

  7. We also have a very good microphone and headphone system that is very easy to use - don't forget if you arn't sure how to do it just ask - I'll show you!
  9. We've got guitars - 1 six string and 1 bass.
  11. we've got a good guitar pre-amp for the guitar.

  17. and a midi guitar system which will allow you to play synthesiser sounds from the guitar - blimey that's good!
  19. On the course we also have some very good musicians - don't be afraid to ask them to play on some of your music tracks - they might say no but then again they might not.

    We've got a sampler called Hallion that runs inside of protools so if you want to record your dog barking and play a tune on the keyboard (remember dogtanian) well now you can!
